MOONLIGHT LULLABY is an icy white glow-in-the-dark lacquer with blue undertones and white shimmer that glows white in the dark.

 

wear + care:

• for the brightest glow, we recommend applying 3 coats
• due to the highly-pigmented nature of this lacquer, its consistency will gradually grow thicker over time
• simply add a few drops of LACQUER REVITALIZER, to revive its consistency

 

how to use: 

• give your bottle a shake before applying
• to activate glow effect, hold your nails under direct light for ~30 seconds before shutting off the lights
