Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Polish
Carefully secure your items in their original boxes to prevent breakage during transit and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
